We’re back! Yes, it’s been a month already. Time sure flies fast in a pandemic, doesn’t it? It’s been an eventful month here at Wizako, and we’re excited to catch you up on what we’ve been working on.
Here’s what we were up to in August.
GMAT Tests
We’ve published a new GMAT-Level Test in Number Properties. This is supposed to be a notch above the BLTs we’re sure you’ve aced. Go take the test while it’s fresh off our keyboards!
Wizako GMAT Blogs
We published an #AskBaskar blog that dealt with the oft-repeated question – ‘What role does Work Experience play in an MBA?’
Also, we published 2 GMAT Shots blogs – Important Facts about the GMAT dealt in a short blog of around 300 words. We plan to expand this series to include a lot more areas of importance such as tips and tricks for Quant and Verbal Preparation.

Wizako Socials
Across platforms, we’ve posted 10+ questions, polls, and our trademark #AskBaskar GMAT Gyan. We also created 3 YouTube videos that included questions from the different modules of the GMAT.
We premiered a video where Mr. K S Baskar addressed the Round 2 Deadlines for B-Schools, and how to prepare to catch them.
We went live once each, on YouTube and on Clubhouse, to address all your GMAT-related Prep and Strategy questions. One of our alumnus Mr. Arun Ganesh joined us for the Clubhouse session to provide insights into doing an MBA in Canada and life after an MBA. Arun did his MBA from Rotman and is working in the Banking Industry in Toronto. We’ll continue to host these events with our alumnus in the coming months. Subscribe and turn on notifications to stay abreast of future events.
Quora – We wrote 5 answers this month, to answer some of the burning questions people posed to us about the GMAT. If you’d like us to answer a question related to the GMAT, posed by someone/yourself on Quora, consider the ‘Ask To Answer’ option.

Wizako’s Achievers of the Month
The most important part of what we do. This month, the highest score achieved by a Wizako student (Mr Chitransh) in the GMAT is 760. Abhilash Shettar hit the bullseye in the quant section. He scored Q51 in the quant section of the GMAT and got an overall 740 in the GMAT.

As promised in last month’s blog, we’ve started a series of curated articles under a periodical imprint – WizReads. We’ve started rolling it out on our Whatsapp and Telegram groups for students.
