• Each session = 2 hours (no custom durations)

✓ Validity & Refunds

• Credits expire in 90 days. No refunds for expired credits
• If within 90 days, unused credits are refundable upon request

✓ Scheduling & Cancellations

• Sessions must be scheduled at least 3 days in advance
• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before the session, or the credits will be considered used
